It is suitable for small scale batch production use as well as occassional lab use. Nano UHP - Ultra-High Purity
The Nano plasma treatment system is also available with ultra-high purity chamber and parts loading materials option.
With this option, borosilicate glass, quartz or Al2O3 materials are used throughout.
UHP systems are suitable for applications requiring absolute purity.
