The Pico plasma treatment system has all the same flexibility as the Femto but with the capacity to take larger samples or more samples per batch treatment. It is suitable for small scale batch production use as well as occassional lab use. Pico UHP - Ultra-High Purity

The Pico plasma treatment system is also available with ultra-high purity chamber and parts loading materials option.

With this option, borosilicate glass, quartz or Al2O3 materials are used throughout.

UHP systems are suitable for applications requiring absolute purity.
