Plasma cleaning preparation of double-layered films by spin coating

Surface topography is controlled and studied to produce a range of surface properties int his recent article. Preparation of double-layered films by spin coating is achieved by first cleaning cleaning the substrate using the Henniker HPT-100 plasma cleaner.
