Plasma cleaning is a dry & environmentally friendly technique answering the needs of the printed circuit board and electronic component assembly industry.
It is a well-established technique for removing residue (de-smearing) left behind by laser drilling of vias. Our plasma cleaning machines feature multiple loading racks that ensure excellent uniformity across and between the PCB’s and from process to process.
